This peri peri style rub seasoning has a delicious spicy “bite”.

The “ideal spice for your chicken livers  peri peri ” simply add a generous amount of seasoning at the same time as your onions & livers & saute. Add tomato, brandy & cream – voila!

For grilling, this seasoning is best for shellfish such as prawns & crayfish or even chicken pieces – it will crisp the skin perfectly.

It also makes the ideal creamy mussel sauce if sauteed with onions & deglaze with white wine & cream – simmer for 10 minutes & drizzle over freshly steamed mussels.
